There’s something berry special about all things berries this silly season! My mother’s Christmas strawberry pavlova roll is one. Whilst you can treat your-ELF with such festive desserts, for a very Berry Christmas these raspberry gelatin gummies deserve a go! Packed with collagen and gut loving goodness, they’re easy to make and only contain a handful of ingredients. They are also quite the treat for children… especially if you play around with mould shapes, and different coloured fruits.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sweetener: 4 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup grass-fed gelatin
