SHIPPING:
For Australian buyers, goods will be delivered using Australia Post’s prepaid parcel post service with tracking provided. Your goods should arrive within two to six business days.
For buyers outside Australia, goods will be delivered using Australia Post’s prepaid parcel post service with tracking provided. Your goods should arrive within 1-3 weeks. The customer will also be liable for any costs imposed by Customs, including customs or excise duty (if required).
RETURNS:
To return an order, please contact the seller directly at natalie@nalasden.com to organise Australia Post return shipping, or via the main provider of postal services in your country. You will be required to provide a copy of your postage receipt.
Faulty or damaged goods
You are entitled to return an online purchase within six weeks of receiving it if:
• the product is misbound, faulty, or damaged in any way; or
• the product is different from the product that you ordered.If upon receipt of goods we find them to meet the returns requirements stated above, the cost of shipping (based on postage receipt) and your original payment will be refunded within seven days.
Change of mind returns
We are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.
